The wellbeing of the whole child is paramount at Park Lane and we work hard to ensure that each child is supported academically as well as socially. Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The school's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for Early Years and Primary is Mr Joe Eyles and the Deputy Safeguarding Lead is Ms. Nicola Wardlaw. If you have any concerns relating to the wellbeing of your child in school, please contact your child’s class teacher or you can contact the Head of Primary and Early Years or the Deputy Head of Primary.

School Hours

Opening hours: 8am to 5pm .

Registration starts at 08.50am for Year 1 classes.

Registration starts at 08.20am for Year 2 - Year 6 classes.

School day ends at 3.30pm.

Clubs / supervision from 3.30pm - 4.15/30pm

Late supervision from 4.30pm - 5pm.

Curriculum

In Primary we follow the National Curriculum of England from Year 1 to Year 6. The Czech Education programme starts in Reception and has been designed for both Czech and non-Czech children to help them broaden their knowledge and understanding of the Czech language.

Every Monday we will be presenting our community with a new puzzle, riddle or challenge…all ages can participate in finding the answer. Participants should send answers with their name(s) to nicola.wardlaw@parklane-is.com
